Hi all,
I want to put my G4 400 mhz with 568mb ramto fold, will it be mad slow? Also I might put my ibook to fold at night, will heat be a problem?

Hello,
I was curious as to why we can no longer click on a sub-forum link? If I am currently in the "Site and Forum Feedback" forum and want to go to the "Mac Community" sub-forum I cannot, it will only allow me to go back to the main index.
A little confusing I know. Please see the screenshot, I would like to be able to click on the highlighted link.

Have you tried to stop folding and restarting the client? That usually works with my WindHell machine.

yet again this forum is full of poeple moaning about this....what the hell do you want??
im more than sure your going to get another special event when Leopard launches and it will have iWork and iLilfe launched at the same time as it now seems these are integrating more than before....
Why have everything in the one day, when we now get the chance to sit back, take in what we just say and look forward to something else very soon..

I know you can just go converttoguide.php?=(postnumber) and it will convert that post to a guide but is there an easier way than pasting the post number on the end of it?
You're looking for something easier than something that is, already, dead simple?

Shockingly, putting in No Doubt returned no search results.. but then there was a line that says "first 75 results.".. huh? That shouldn't be there if there were no results..

At work we have our internal ethernet network and also wifi.
The wifi network tends to be that bit quicker because there's not as many users on it. Is there a way that I can tell particular applications to use the wifi network but still be connected to the corporate ethernet?

I thought Lion was supposed to have real full OpenGL 3.x support. However, OpenGL Extensions Viewer (GLView from Realtech) still reports that GLSL 1.3 is not supported, meaning that OpenGL 3.0 is 95% implemented, which is the same as Snow Leopard. Perhaps Apple hasn't yet added full OGL support to the betas? Does anyone have a Lion system with full OpenGL 3.0 implemented?
This is on a 2010 MBP with an NVIDIA 330M, by the way.

I just bought a new wireless keyboard from mac a few weeks ago and when i connect it to my imac (10.6) it works perfectly the first time but then each time after the down arrow continually presses down. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
I took it to get checked out and they ran diagnostics on the keyboard but could find nothing so I'm thinking it might be something to do with my computer.
Any help would be great!

Cheers to that. Not using it because some of my menubar icons didn't work out, but it's ok, I can live with the gray menubar :(

this move was expected. I do not understand why some iPhone owners expect to be treated any differently than owners of other phones. Because they "want" to upgrade their phone every year? What if Apple starts releasing new model every 6 months? Will you demand ATT to pay for this?

youtube just search best, top themes! there are a ton! there are also several threads showing themes apps etc.. if you want to convince them let them play with yours. I love mine but I also feel it's not for everybody. Also if you take jailbreaking away I'm out!

I have heard that much of the hemorrhage could be addressed with a simple 0.5% tax on market trades, while also affording a little stability to the markets. After that, a nice little national property tax might well make up the difference if structured properly

I'd really not like to see Safari become the next IE 5. It already has its share of JavaScript bugs.
exactly! once there is no safari for windows, there is no longer IE for mac (even if it wasn't the same for windows) and any of those for linux, looks like the web standards will be what firefox and opera "decides".
apple should worry about improving new features for the browser like tabs, page thumbnails and etc... html, javascript and css they have to make work like every browser does (or should). and javascript and css are not working well in safari right now.

i'm getting a bit sick of upgrading.... & 4.3 has killed the battery life on my 3GS. Anyone know a way to downgrade to 4.2.1 ?

The iPod touch probably has iOS 4.1, which can be jailbroken using limera1n. If you'd like to update to iOS 4.2, you can, but your jailbreak will be tethered.
